MAINTAINER
Primary Purpose of Position:
Perform various manual or mechanical production functions by operating, adjusting, and repairing equipment.
Essential Functions:
- Disassemble, overhaul, and rebuild production equipment as required.
- Perform troubleshooting on production equipment as required.
- Perform on-the-job training and development of assigned personnel.
- Responsible for replenishing supplies, materials, parts, and tooling.
- Perform record keeping duties as required under the direction of management.
- Accesses, inputs, and retrieves information from the computer.
- Maintain required hand tools.
MATERIAL HANDLER
Primary Purpose of Position:
Operate forklift and coordinate products including raw materials, scrap, finished goods, packaging materials, chemicals, and other supplies.
Essential Functions:
- Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices and policies including but not limited to food safety; personal protective equipment; emergency procedures, etc.
- Effectively communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and customers.
- Inspect aluminum for proper quality standards and customer specifications.
- Build positive relationships across designated team by effectively collaborating, communicating, and upholding ethical integrity.
QA LEAD
Primary Purpose of Position:
Monitoring and controlling product quality at each stage of manufacturing and responsible for communicating quality results and the transfer of knowledge to the workforce.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement quality systems, manuals and procedures.
- Perform internal audits and reports to management and suggestions for improvement.
- Represent Ball in regulatory and customer audits, facility surveys and third-party inspections.
- Facilitate and coordinate resolution of technical problems with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers and sales personnel.
- Train, supervise, assist, and advise all inspectors and QE’s as needed.
- Evaluate and document QA personnel performance.
- Liaison closely with customers in terms of quality of products including customer visits.
