Position overview
Our Future Leader Program in Operations offers an insight into end-to-end processes of a cutting-edge global manufacturing company and will help you to gain practical skills that are in high demand within the industry and beyond. The program offers accelerated development on the job and through other channels over the course of 18 months. 

It includes assignments across a wide range of manufacturing departments and divisions including: Production, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Continuous Improvement (BOE), and Sustainability. 

Once you complete the program, you will be eligible to apply for vacancies within your area of interest where you can continue to develop your career further.
 

This program is addressed to graduates with a university degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business studies.
 

Key responsibilities include
•    Meeting goals set out at the start of the programme
•    Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
•    Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
•    Observing and learning from experienced team members
•    Gaining and applying knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
•    Liaising with mentors, project coordinators and other senior team members to evaluate progress
•    Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes
•    Preparing documents and updating records
•    Traveling to different locations across the region and participating in daily operations as required

Experience and skills required
•    Clear communication skills, curiosity and courage to ask questions
•    Manual skills and ability to follow instructions and processes
•    Proven experience in leading and directing others, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Well organised and have a structured approach to work and study
•    Openness to learn and apply knowledge, achieving progression milestones
•    Fluency in English as well as Danish.

Work Environment: This role requires on-site presence at our Fredericia plant.​
Hiring Range: 396,000 - 600,000 DKK gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Depending on these factors, the actual offer may fall above or below the posted range.​
Incentive Plan: This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.​
