Production Technician

Ball Corporation is growing and we are looking for new team members for our facility in Williamsburg, VA　

If you have experience working in a mechanical/industrial environment, we would like to speak to you about our Production/Maintenance Technician role. Take a look at the description below.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Performs troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Disassembles, overhauls, and rebuilds production equipment under the supervision of a qualified maintainer.
• Performs various manual or mechanical production functions by operating, adjusting, and repairing high speed production equipment to meet customer specifications.

Minimal Requirements to be considered for the role:

• Working knowledge of the following areas: Machine mechanics & Troubleshooting skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum experience in a mechanical job related field.

This opportunity offers a starting hourly rate of $29.37 with the potential for an increase at 6, 12, and 18 months of employment.
