Der ISA/Necker Operator produziert Fertigdosen gemäß Spezifikation und minimiert Ausschuss sowie Materialeinsatz. Er erkennt und behebt Fehler selbstständig und hält alle Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben ein.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Bedienen der Produktionsanlagen
• Durchführen der Qualitätsprüfungen und Analyse der Messwerte
• Sofortige Reaktion, wenn Messwerte oder Prüfungen ausserhalb der Spezifikation sind
     - Durchführen von Nachkontrollen und bei Wiederholung den Schichtverantwortlichen informieren
     - Dokumentation von Abweichungen und Gegenmassnahmen im Shopfloor
• Beseitigen von Maschinenstörungen
• Durchführen der regelmässigen Reinigungsarbeiten
• Durchführen und Dokumentieren von Schmier- und Wartungsarbeiten
• Mithilfe an Wartungstagen und Umrüstung von Linien unter Anleitung
• Unterstützung der anderen Teams durch Zusatzschichten während der Freitage
• Einhaltung der Vorgaben für Arbeitssicherheit, Hygiene, Brand- und Umweltschutz

Ihr Profil:

• Grundkenntnisse Deutsch (reden, lesen, schreiben)
• Gutes Sehvermögen und robuste Gesundheit
• Erfahrung in Produktionsbetrieb mit Schichtarbeit
• Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
• Selbständiges Arbeiten am Arbeitsplatz sowie Teamarbeit im Backend-Team
• Gute Auffassungsgabe und Überblick über das gesamte Backend sowie vorgelagerte Prozesse
