Primary Purpose of this Position: 

We are seeking a Total Rewards Senior Manager to lead Reward Transformation, drive all M&A Reward due diligence and integration, and support HR Transformation initiatives. This role is a critical part of the Reward Leadership Team (RLT), responsible for shaping and executing a total rewards strategy that aligns with business growth, transformation, and employee experience.

 

This hands-on, high-impact role requires strong analytical and critical reasoning skills, the ability to run agile work teams, and a focus on delivering actionable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

 

What will you be responsible for? 

 

1. Reward Transformation & Strategy

  • Lead and execute Total Rewards Transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and future workforce needs.
  • Partner with HR and Finance leadership to align reward programs with company goals, market trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Leverage strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market data, develop reward models, and assess the financial impact of compensation strategies.

2. M&A Reward Due Diligence & Integration

  • Lead the compensation and benefits due diligence process for M&A activities, assessing risks, costs, and integration challenges.
  • Provide expert recommendations on harmonization of compensation structures, executive rewards, and benefits post-merger.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired company reward programs.
  • Utilize critical reasoning skills to analyse deal structures, compensation frameworks, and workforce cost implications.

3. HR Transformation & Agile Execution

  • Support the broader HR Transformation project, aligning total rewards strategies with evolving HR processes and business needs.
  • Lead agile work teams to drive rapid execution of reward-related initiatives and ensure flexibility in strategy implementation.
  • Partner with the RLT to identify digital solutions and automation in rewards administration for efficiency and scalability.
  • Take a hands-on approach to solving challenges, rolling up sleeves to implement and execute key initiatives.

4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Represent Total Rewards in executive discussions and cross-functional transformation projects.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and effectively communicate complex reward strategies to stakeholders.

 

What we are looking for:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Transformation, with leadership exposure.
  • Experience with HR digital transformation and automation in total rewards.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and business leaders through data-driven decision-making
  • Proven M&A experience, including reward due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
  • Strong background in compensation strategy, executive rewards, and benefits harmonization.
  • Experience in leading transformation projects within complex, global organizations.
  • Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret data, model outcomes, and drive evidence-based decisions.
  • Ability to run agile work teams, ensuring high-impact execution in fast-moving environments.
  • Hands-on approach, comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in modeling costs and implications of reward strategies.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in financial modeling and cost-impact analysis of compensation strategies.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Finance or accounting training (e.g., financial modeling, cost analysis, or corporate finance exposure).
  • Experience in global or multi-country reward programs.
  • Exposure to HR technology and digital transformation in Total Rewards.
  • Professional certifications such as CCP, GRP, or CEBS are a plus.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • This role can be located remotely; however, travel to our Westminster, CO headquarters may be required.   
  • Hiring Salary Range: $108,500 - 155,030 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
  • This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
