Position Overview:
As Supervisor for Graphics Projects for North & Central America (NCA), you play a critical role within the Beverage Graphics Services team and will report to the Senior Manager, for Pre-Press and Customer Service NCA.
You will contribute to the success of Ball by working directly with new and existing clients, building strong relationships while guiding them through the artwork development process for can production—including graphics standards, technical requirements, and file preparation—to ensure high‑quality labeling results. You will also lead a multinational team of Graphics Success Specialists, supporting their day‑to‑day performance and project execution.
Your Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting on complex graphics projects, ensuring customer concerns, quality issues, and artwork-related inquiries are resolved efficiently.\
- Manage and prioritize the graphics project workload, ensuring adherence to lead times, quality standards, data‑entry requirements, and internal graphics procedures.
- Lead, develop, and coach the graphics team, overseeing performance reviews, daily guidance, and continued skill development.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Pre‑Press Sales, Graphics Quality, CTS, Customer Fulfilment, and other internal partners to support artwork feasibility, share best practices, and communicate project updates.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing strategies to enhance the client services function, training stakeholders on graphics processes and systems, and serving as a super‑user for graphics platforms.
- Participate in daily demand meetings, coordinating artwork and color requests and ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and customer expectations.
- Oversee customer cost activities, including invoicing and tracking graphics‑related charges.
- Support graphics leadership on departmental initiatives and special projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications, Printing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of graphics-focused customer service experience in print packaging, prepress, or a related production environment, with strong skills in resolving customer issues and maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
- 1+ year of leadership or project oversight experience, demonstrating the ability to guide, coach, and support a team to meet performance and service expectations.
- Working knowledge of print production workflows, including dry-offset printing, prepress processes, and familiarity with graphic design file types and terminology.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with additional experience using tools like Esko WebCenter and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong operational skills, including the ability to manage team schedules, customer inquiries, service levels, and prepare departmental KPI reports.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring Salary Range: $85,900 - $119,890 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

- Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Wesminster,Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
