Primary purpose of the position:

Provides technical support to the financial analysis and contract administration function as directed.
 

Essential Responsible Areas:

General Responsibilities:

  • Complies with established job safety practices, policies and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of the work environment.

Core Responsibilities - Pricing:

  • Maintains tables, formulas, and customer pricing in JD Edwards to ensure accurate invoicing.  Develops and maintains customer price sheets for detailing price changes as required by the contract.
  • Responsible for awareness of business changes and how they might affect customer pricing in the future.
  • Accesses and retrieves information and data from various systems and reporting tools.  Collaborates with IT to develop improvements to systems and reports.
  • Initiates work flows for new customer set-up, including initial pricing in JD Edwards.
  • Maintains collaborative working relationships with Commercial, Accounts Receivable and customers to resolve customer pricing discrepancies.
  • Retrieves sales data from data warehouse for monthly customer reporting.
  • Manages quarterly revenue forecast and annual revenue budget processes.
  • Maintains and manages monthly customer specific price reconciliations.
  • Responsible for freight analyses and reconciliations.
  • Supports the division’s management approval process for the renewal of existing customer sales contracts and new customer contract pricing and contract development.
  • Identifies and executes on continuous improvement opportunities

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required. 
  • Job-related experience for 5 years minimum.
  • Ability to apply intensive and diversified evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard finance techniques, procedures, and criteria.
  • Working knowledge of the following areas:
    • Finance, accounting, Economic Value Added (EVA),
    • Business and economic principles and practices
    • Financial modeling 
    • Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, knowledge of financial systems and other applicable software applications

 

The position is hybrid, working 2 days a week in Denver, CO.
 

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $ 70,800-106,030. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
  • This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
