Primary Purpose of this Position:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and oversee enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by aligning IT and business strategies through robust governance, resource optimization, and financial stewardship. This position manages the Transformation Management Office, ensuring strategic project prioritization, cross-functional standards governance, and effective change management. It drives operational excellence by optimizing staffing models, enhancing financial reporting, and managing vendor relationships to maximize ROI. Additionally, the role champions process automation and IT finance leadership to build a scalable, agile, and cost-effective organization that supports long-term business growth and competitiveness.
Essential Responsible Areas:
- Transformation Management Office
- Maintain project prioritization with overall business strategy and functional objectives.
- Manages the intake of new initiatives and aligns them with strategic priorities.
- Manages process to prioritize projects based on business impact and readiness
- Establish governance processes and stage gate frameworks to evaluate the existing IT project portfolio and future initiatives.
- Ensure all projects are supported by a business case, include defined success metrics, and follow appropriate approval chains.
- Identifies and mitigates risks across projects and workstreams.
- Maintains visibility into interdependencies and critical paths

What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT strategy, transformation, or program management roles.
- 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise-wide initiatives or transformation offices.
- Experience working in or with large, matrixed organizations—ideally in manufacturing, CPG, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing large budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams.
- Background in consulting is a plus, especially for transformation and shared services strategy.
- Experience in managing enterprise wide finance systems
Compensation & Benefits:
- This role will be based in Westminster, CO requiring regular in-person engagement by working on site four (4) or more days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
- Hiring Salary Range: $164,700 - $240,730 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
