Primary purpose of the position:

The Analyst, Commercial Operations (NCA) drives the reporting infrastructure, data governance, and process support systems that enable the NCA commercial organization to operate with accuracy, speed, and insight. In collaboration with the Sr. Manager, Commercial Operations (NCA), this role takes ownership of the dashboards and data frameworks maintenance that the Commercial organization relies on for decision-making, while driving end-to-end process optimization across commercial operations - identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, and leading implementation from concept through adoption.

 

Essential Responsible Areas:

  • Delivers end-to-end process improvement initiatives across NCA Commercial Operations - identifying inefficiencies, designing scalable solutions, and executing implementation through to adoption, with a focus on automation and reduced manual effort
  • Enables the build-out and ongoing maintenance of the Pipeline Health Dashboard in Power BI - partnering with IT on the transition and owning the dashboard 
  • Implements and owns processes that improve and streamline the sales account management role and customer experience
  • Drives the evolution of the monthly Commercial KPI Dashboard, focusing on reporting design, user experience, and business relevance to enable effective decision-making across the NCA region; partner cross-functionally to drive reporting enhancements, metric alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Synthesizes findings from the weekly Commercial Outlook commentary into clear, actionable insights that support executive decision-making
  • Prepares the aggregation of data from cross-functional stakeholders to support high-level, strategic decision-making - including AOP, Strategy Solves, and financial planning cycles
  • Maintains Commercial Committee process documentation - driving the end-to-end NCA deal process design and maintaining it as a continuously improved framework
  • Supports data analysis for Profit+, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline processes
  • Generates presentations, reports, and dashboards that visually display data in a way that makes insights from complex data understandable and usable for executive audiences
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to identify and deliver routine and ad-hoc tools, templates, and general support frameworks for Growth and/or Commercial organization

 

Professional & Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or related field required
  • 2 years of experience doing business analysis, reporting, process documentation, and process improvement
  • Supply Chain/beverage industry experience preferred

 

Skills:

  • Developing reporting and dashboards within Microsoft product suite
  • Process documentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies with a focus on scalability and driving significant impact
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication upstream and downstream
  • Microsoft suite products (preferred intermediate to expert skillset in Excel and Visio)

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Expected Hiring Salary Range:  $75,400 - $120,700   (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

  • Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more work days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
