Primary Purpose of this Position:

 

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager ensures the efficiency, scalability, and consistency of Talent Acquisition (TA) processes, tools, reporting and workflows. This role is responsible for all non-hiring elements of the global Talent Acquisition effort for Ball. Specifically, this includes TA operations, process, policy, metrics, reporting, vendors, training, continuous improvement and implementing systems and practices to enhance recruitment outcomes and team productivity. Additionally, the TA Operations Team Leader leads and develops a team of TA operations professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, metrics management and fostering a high-performance culture. 
 

 

What will you be responsible for?

 

  • Leading, managing, and consulting on the operational aspects of the end-to-end talent acquisition process. 
  • Overseeing and developing a team of TA operations professionals, including setting goals, providing coaching, and managing performance. 
  • Establishing and maintaining management routines, such as team meetings, performance reviews, and regular check-ins, to ensure alignment and accountability. 
  • Ensuring end-to-end effective and efficient process, workflows, training and continuous improvement from requisition (or sourcing) through day one for new hires.  
  • Overseeing all metrics management for all stakeholders, including reporting, dashboards, performance metrics for TA individuals and teams, and the prioritization of ad hoc report requests. 
  • Managing relationships with external vendors (e.g., TA technology, background check, job boards, etc.), including contract and pricing management, service delivery oversight, quarterly business reviews, etc. 
  • Partnering with TA leadership to drive continuous improvement efforts, including the identification of efficiency and effectiveness gaps and the implementation of process improvements. 
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational hiring requirements. 
  • Developing and maintaining TA process documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures. 
  • Acting as a central point for troubleshooting operational issues impacting TA teams or hiring managers. 
  • Supporting the adoption, training, and utilization of TA tools and systems. 

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations/ technology. 
  • 1+ years of experience leading and managing a team of TA professionals. 
  • Proficiency in TA technologies, specifically Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs, reporting modules / applications and Microsoft Office suite of apps. 
  • Demonstrated success in metrics management, process improvement and project management. 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to hiring processes. 

 

 Compensation & Benefits

 

-  Hiring Salary Range: $ 96,000 - 137,180 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
