Position Overview:
Our internship program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited university or college who are interested in developing on-the-job skills, experiences and insights that last a lifetime. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will have opportunities to learn about several areas of our business, network and collaborate with Ball leaders, and get involved in challenging project work.
The Treasury Analyst Intern will gain knowledge financial activities and the impacts from capital markets across a global organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide financial analysis & project support to the global Treasury team.
- Support project work in risk management and insurance.
- Collect, process, and analyze financial data from various sources that are utilized by the financial risk management team.
- Stay updated on the latest economic, financial, and industry trends and learn how these changes impact Ball.
- Assist Global Financial Risk team with financial analysis on global commodity, foreign currency and interest rate exposures.
- Help create presentations for senior management on financial risks impacting Ball.
- Meet with key financial counterparts to learn about current activities involving financial markets and large corporations.
- Attend professional development activities, including a professional development week at our corporate headquarters in Colorado.
What We Are Seeking:
- Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or finance a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.
- Completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Training in a related field usually acquired through college courses or work-related experience.
- Job related experience/activities such as financial modeling, corporate financial analysis, financial market evaluation and analysis, etc. usually acquired through college courses or work-related experience
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using various software tools and applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Qlik, etc.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, and insurance.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $24-26/hour
