Position Overview:

Our internship program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited university or college who are interested in developing on-the-job skills, experiences and insights that last a lifetime. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will have opportunities to learn about several areas of our business, network and collaborate with Ball leaders, and get involved in challenging project work.

Financial Analyst Interns will gain knowledge of commercial finance analysis across a global organization.

What You’ll Do:

Collect, process, and analyze financial data from various sources, such as financial statements, market reports, industry publications, etc.
Create and/or leverage financial models, forecasts, budgets, and reports to support business planning and decision making.
Evaluate the financial performance, risk, and valuation of different customer proposals, projects, products, or investments.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats for the business.
Stay updated on the latest economic, financial, and industry trends and developments.
Participate in weekly check-in meetings with members of the team.
Participate in day-to-day office activities.
Participate and report out/present on projects/other work assignments as needed.
Attend professional development activities, including a professional development week at our corporate headquarters in Colorado.

What We Are Seeking:

Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or finance a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.
Completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using various software tools and applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Qlik, etc.
Ability to work collaboratively and with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

$24-26/hour
