Primary purpose of the position:
Provides technical support to North & Central America as directed.
Essential Responsible Areas:
- Improvement of existing modelling and visualizations for management reporting
- Forecasting and variance analysis support
- Scenario analysis based on market conditions for business decision support
- Participate in process improvement activities and standardization of reporting
- Supports GBS and Procurement related to transactions/contracts
- Produces standard reporting packages and provides support to core business partners.
- Maintains a working relationship with accounting team to understand monthly reporting and support accurate financial results.
Professional & Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Job related experience for 2 years preferred

- Analytical capabilities
- Excel and Powerpoint proficiency

- Forecasting and scenario analysis
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas or concepts
Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of the following areas:
- Finance, accounting, and budgeting
- Essbase and JDE experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected Hiring Salary Range: $66,700 - $88,160 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

- Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more work days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
