Job Description

Responsible for supporting global transformational projects by analyzing the global business needs and identifying ways data accessibility can drive cost reduction, growth, and other EBIT improvement opportunities within the global beverage business.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Responsible for understanding the demands of commercial stakeholders and recommending new data solutions that improve the functioning of the business and reduces the time taken to complete a particular task.
  • Develop ideas to bring operational efficiencies to commercial and customer facing workflows with an eye towards automation.
  • Maintain involvement in each of the Commercial Enablement initiatives to buildout a plan for connecting data within a centralized platform for various stakeholders to access and utilize in their service of the customer.
  • Identify key data, reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations needed by the sales team and executives to drive efficiencies in the system and bring actionable insights to the business.
  • Perform analysis with key stakeholders to report on accessibility of data, completeness of data within our existing databases, and data inconsistencies.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support near-term business needs.
  • Provide recommendations for reporting and dashboard needs as part of larger Commercial Enablement initiatives.
  • Provides global oversight of the aggregation of data from the regions that helps support high level, strategic decision-making - including various activities associated with the strategic planning process and generating content for quarterly business reviews, strategic plans, and annual business planning as needed.
  • Participates in ad hoc analysis for various stakeholders in the global beverage department.
  • Generates presentations, reports, and dashboards that visually displays data in a way that makes insights from complex data understandable and useable for the audience.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college level education or work-related experience.
  • Skilled at creating reporting and dashboards within Salesforce and Qliksense.
  • Proven ability to create impactful data visualization that clearly communicate information and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyses, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work equally well with quantitative and qualitative data sources to provide data-driven solutions.
  • Able to balance data analysis with data visualization.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications.
  • Sees gaps in process and data and provides recommendations for how to fix.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture.
  • Experience in process automation and optimization projects, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Generate reports and dashboards that present data in a way that provides insights and can be actioned on by the business.  Provides recommendation for data and process improvements across the global beverage business.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • HIRING SALARY RANGE: $67,700 - $101,500 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.)
  • This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
