Position overview:
To assist the HR Manager in the continuous improvement of the HR function, providing support to the plant team. Become champion for employee relations on all business unit levels. This positions is responsible to act backup during absence of HR manager. Supports the delivery HR services to meet business needs ensuring compliance with corporate policy and Country contractual & legislative requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintains personnel records and hire to retire processes of the employees in SAP SF system and paper files where it is applicable.
- Employee relations and Industrial relations (IR) : Assist HR manager in Strategies and negotiate with union and local collective committee for wages, benefits and working conditions for long term agreements.
- Support HR manager in HR strategy implementation effectively and that organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Performs in recruiting, selection, and placement of candidates for plant hourly and non-exempt salaried positions.
- Performs and assists in the establishment and implementation of new employee orientation programs.
- To follow and maintain organization’s SOPs and safe working practices.
- Make sure the accurate employees data is up to date in the local payroll system and SAP SF.
- Inputs and manage data and provides associated management reporting in according with the business requirements.
- Controls the availability of all necessary documents for personnel records in in accordance with the Labour law and internal policies in all location.
- Participates in the development and coordination of local regulations related to personnel management. Develops regulations and SOPs.
- Advises HR managers on labour /tax low related issues.
- Participates in maintenance of an integrated management system. Applies the standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Comply with all legal requirements related to environment and safety.
- Communicating with external partners (social security, health insurance, tax, accident insurance etc.)
- Maintaining and tracking the personnel records : vacation, relocation, sick leave, maternity leave, recovery, dismissal, including the timely transfer of data to the payroll provider for final payment upon dismissal.
Experience required:
- Higher education
- CIPD qualified or working towards level 3
- Experience in the relevant position for at least 2 years
- Work effectively in multitasking
- Work effectively in a team and maintain working relationships with others
- Able to handle confidential information and keep it safe
- Confident user of computer programs: MS Office, SAP SF ot other HRIS
- Fluent in English
