Position summary:

You are responsble for organising and managing all available resources at Ball Aerocan, Velim – Production department in order to achieve budgeted targets – safety, efficiency, spoilage. You will also provide leadership, motivation, support and development of Production department´s staff in order to increase productivity, to guarantee quality of produts and engagement 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Head of the production department and manages the production proces.
• Arranging communications and distribution of information to other departments.
• Approving the production plan and procuring resources for its realisation.
• Suggesting objectives and measures to improve KPI.
• Ensuring correct implementation and usage of BOE tools within area of responsibility.
• Securing a quality level that meets the defined standards and demands of the customer.
• Securing correct product parameters and controls between operations.
• Participating in the making of plans for industrial development and new products planning.
• Checking that maintenance, preparation of tools, preparation of print and packaging enables the achievement of production objectives.
• Preparing trainings and development of employees in his department.

What are we looking for?

• • Technical High School / University  
  • Leadership experience.
  • min. 5 years in similar position in production factory.
  • A good understanding of the business and the manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent English and Czech.
    
    
    

     

Work environment: This position requires full on-site presence at our plant in Velim.

Starting salary:  1,350,000 - 1,890,000 CZK gross per year  The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as with consideration of internal compensation policies and the current labor market situation.

Bonus program: This position is eligible for Ball’s annual incentive program.

Comprehensive benefits package: Includes a pension contribution, employee assistance program and meal and transportation allowance.
