Position overview:

The primary role of a Production Manager is to oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. He / she provides leadership, motivation, support and development of Production department´s staff in order to increase productivity, to guarantee quality of produts and quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the production process.
• Arranging communication and distribution of information to other departments.
• Approving the production plan and procuring resources for its realisation.
• Suggesting objectives and measures to improve KPI.
• Ensuring full and correct implementation and usage of BOE tools within area of responsibility.
• Securing a quality level that meets the defined standards and demands of the customer.
• Securing correct product parameters and controling between operations.
• Leading, motivating and evaluating subordinates, ensures high level of engagement and commitment.
• Participating in the making of plans for industrial development and new products planning.
• Checking that maintenance, preparation of tools, preparation of print and packaging enables the achievement of production objectives.
• Supporting testing of new materials and products.
• Preparing trainings and development of employees in his department.
• Arranging the elaboration of procedures and methods of operation concerning the department.

What we are looking for?

• Technical High School / University.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Min. 5 years in similar position in production factory
• A good understanding of the business and the manufacturing industry
• Advanced MS Office and knowledge of SAP.
• Fluent Czech and English.
