Graphics Supervisor

Position overview:

This position will lead and manage reprographic team in Velim and provide support to the production team with full service for printing area to achieve the performance. The role will support clients and sales team on the new projects, design expertise, effective planning of the design developments, printing innovations, customer visits, proofing the design onsite and lead and manage the suppliers and services of reprographic team. Graphics Supervisor collaborates with other reprographic department in aerosol division and works closely with production to optimize the processes and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Coordinate the communication between the production and reprographic team
• Proactively work with suppliers on finding optimized and innovative solutions
• Lead and manage safety environment and safety equipment in reprographic department
• Collaborate with other reprographic department in aerosol division
• Work closely with other reprographic leaders/teams to optimize and ensure effective collaboration
• Ensure the communication across the teams

Experience requried:

• Education in graphics design/print/technical disciplines or at least 3 years of experience in graphics industry 
• Leadership experience in multicultural environment 
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Graphic software - advantage
• Ability to manage projects and budget
• Ability to establish good relations with internal and external partners
• Fluent Czech and English language
