Position Overview:

 

The Travel & Expenses and P-Card Coordinator is to execute a sub process within the respective work stream. This role will be responsible for completing daily actionable steps and various deliverables by accurately entering data, quickly resolving problems, managing documents, communicating with internal/external customers, looking for process improvement opportunities, and being accountable for the seamless execution of a sub process. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Ensuring accurate, complete, and timely data entry into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other system software
  • Achieving thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks by spotting inconsistencies to produce accurate work
  • Researching issues, collecting data, analyzing information and/or root cause, and finding resolution to discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Acting as the primary point of contact in the execution of day-to-day tasks including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing analysis
  • Interacting with team members and internal/external customers to provide high-quality outcomes
  • Promoting the spirit of team work and personal accountabity through strong collaboration, effective communication, and support in additional ad-hoc project work
  • Taking initiative to identify inefficiencies within processes and advocates for improved efficiency, performance and quality
  • Adhering to organizational standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and following SOPs to ensure adherence to SOX and/or regulatory requirements (where applicable)

 

Experience and skills required: 

 

  • BA or equivalent
  • Preferred job related experience  
  • Concur, SAP and/or JDE (JD Edwards) experience
  • Strong skills in organization, multi-tasking, consistent accuracy, customer service, effective communication, analysis, problem solving
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Fluent English
