Position overview:
Your role as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to provide daily administrative and coordination support for all Talent Acquisition activities in conjunction with developing, implementing, and driving processes across the Team and with business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing and distributing all EMEA requisitions. Providing cover for other Regional Recruitment Coordinators as needed.
- Oversees the usage of external career websites, job boards and social media recruitment efforts to maximize utilization, in addition to partnering with vendors to ensure best practices are infiltrated amongst the TA team.
- Oversees and delivers consistent, engaging, and inclusive recruitment process onboarding sessions for newly appointed people leaders.
- Data analysis and producing reports out of applicant tracking system, and any additional talent tools as requested.
- Helps to organize and update the Talent Acquisition shared drive site and associated recruitment tools, templates, toolkits, etc.
- Assisting with Talent Acquisition budget process and monitoring spend.
- Assists with scheduling meetings, calendaring, and bookings as requested.
- Governance over TA processes and templates, including adverts.
- Supporting with SuccessFactors queries and acting as the regional process specialist.
- Collaborating with various central functions to drive TA strategy and facilitate global reporting (Procurement, Finance etc)
Experience and skills required:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role within a multi-national company
- Excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to advise and influence
- Great communication, organisation and prioritisation skills with a customer-focused approach
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or other ATS) and LinkedIn.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
