Position overview:

This role will focus on tool implementation and ‘project-oriented’ activities, as well as on system’s and process improvements and standardization. In the medium term and ongoing, this resource will need to ensure all business needs are captured and fulfilled in line with daily operational agility and tactical business evolution.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Work and counsel with business teams on system and service configuration efforts, it’s adaptation, adoption and best practice solutions.

•    Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations which will drive  harmonization and innovation.

•    Organize and lead training activities, ongoing site coordination, facilitate conference calls and meetings, data collection, and documentation/reports preparation.

•    Perform analysis, set-up, testing and validation for various projects.

•    Acting as project coordinator and representing supply chain in various projects – timeline preparation, risks evidence/mitigation, presentations, follow ups.

•    Drive data quality outcomes and ensure that Data Management principles are firmly embedded into technology architecture as the organisation modernises legacy platforms.

•    Prepare documentation and process maps for various projects/initiatives.

•    Where necessary, implement new pieces of data into the core IT systems.

•    Seek and implement continuous improvement of the supply chain processes.

•    Ad hoc projects as well as other assignments following the need of company.

What are we looking for?

•    University Degree

•    3+ years of experience on the same or similar position within an international environment, preferable FMCG industry

•    Supply Chain Qualification

•    Experience in system’s implementation and/or customization

•    Project coordination/management experience 

•    Communication skills, business acumen, IT skills (excel advanced, SAP), can work independently

•    Power BI/Qlik Sense 

•    Fluent in English

•    Knowledge of French/Spanish/Portuguese would be an advantage
