Position overview:
You role will be to ensure all data is updated in line with daily operational agility and tactical business evolution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure data accuracy (Master Data EUROPE).
• Play a key role in the data governance process.
• Continuously review and update validity of all data item details to current operations by working closely with central and local teams.
• Work with business requirements to identify and understand source data systems and identify resolutions to data issues.
• Administers and plans the supply of aluminium ingots, slugs and scrap following the guidance of the slugs supply chain manager.
• Create and follow the Purchase order (end to end) related to Metal.
• Ensure the coordination in between procurement, Metal unit and Copal/Sherbrooke.
• Maintain and update the list of the KPIs for the PHC supply Chain organization: Sustainability (ASI Mass Balance, LOW C Mass Balance, %RC,%PCR) and OTIF, stock, Changeover, Forecast accuracy.
• Actively Support the PHC planning team by updating weekly and monthly customer report (allocation and capacity) and Sales report at different level.
What are we looking for?
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer service specialist/representative.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel is essential).
• Working knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Working knowledge of planning and logistics.
• Demonstrated skills in data analytics, communication, organization, and agility.
• Fluency in English.
