Primary Function:

Sets up, adjusts, overhauls (short of machining) all can making equipment.  Removes, replaces, repairs worn and broken parts on can making equipment and trackwork. Oils and greases all machinery. Uses hand tools, gauges, indicators, etc. Maintains a quality product.  Uses acetylene torch when needed for equipment repair.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hiring Wage $26.34/hour, to $31.85 in one year.  Daily overtime after 8 hours worked.  Union shop
