Position overview:
The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for supporting compensation strategies through data-driven insights and analysis. This role focuses on all aspects of data analytics support for the Compensation Team, including survey participation, market pricing, pay benchmarking, pay equity analysis, scenario modelling and equity compensation support. This role will work collaboratively with Total Rewards Consultants and external partners to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices aligned with the company’s Total Rewards strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market pricing of jobs using survey data (e.g., Radford, Mercer) to determine appropriate compensation ranges
- Maintaining and updating job architecture and compensation structures across functions and geographies
- Participating in compensation surveys and ensure accurate, timely data submissions
- Partnering with Total Rewards Consultants to understand market trends, hiring challenges, and talent pressures across regions
- Leveraging external intelligence and benchmarking data to develop initial recommendations for market movement and pay structures
- Supporting the planning and execution of the annual base pay review cycle, including data preparation, reporting, and post-cycle analysis
- Assisting with calibration of recommendations, guideline alignment, and integration of performance outcomes
- Conducting internal pay equity (fairness) reviews and support remediation efforts where necessary
- Supporting preparation for EU Pay Transparency
- Analyzing compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across employee groups
- Supporting annual compensation cycles (base pay, bonus, equity) with data audits and reports
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required
- Job related experience in compensation, rewards, or HR analytics for 2-4 years
- Advenced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and familiarity with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, WTW CompSource, Mercer WIN)
- Strong analytical and modelling capabilities including ability to interpret analysis/data and knowledge of data modelling tools (eg PowerBi) preferred
- Fluent English
