Position overview: 


The Senior Shared Service Analayst - T&E will serve as a subject matter expert and is accountable to resolve complex problems, collaborate across the organization, leverage technical expertise, and provide exceptional internal/external customer satisfaction.  This role will be responsbile for end-to-end process, and provide knowledge in process improvement activities or transformation efforts.  


Key responsibilities include:


  • Executing established operational processes within the business capability end-to-end process, following standardized procedures and guidelines
  • Contributing to the team effort in building a high-performing team through strong collaboration, effective communication, and support in additional project work
  • Achieving thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks by spotting inconsistencies to produce accurate work
  • Working closely with team members to ensure seamless handoffs and collaboration throughout the process
  • Researching issues, collecting data, analysing information and/or root cause, and finding resolution to discrepancies in a timely manner and escalating as appropriate to different stakeholders
  • Acting as the primary point of contact in the execution of day-to-day tasks including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing analysis
  • Interacting with team members and internal/external customers to provide high-quality outcomes
  • Taking initiative to identify inefficiencies within processes and advocates for improved efficiency, performance and quality
  • Adhering to organizational standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and following SOPs to ensure adherence to SOX and/or regulatory requirements (where applicable)

What are we looking for?


  • BA or equivalent
  • Preferred job related experience for minimum 3 years 
  • Concur, SAP and/or JDE experience
  • Strong skills in organization, multi-tasking, consistent accuracy, customer service, effective communication, analysis, problem solving
  • Quick to learn new tasks, develop skills, and adopt change
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Fluent English
