Position overview:

The Senior Graphics Coordinator will manage a team of Graphics Coordinators / graphics support / interns and be a client facing role with all levels of customer interaction. This role will be responsible for facilitating customer mock-up samples for production targets to drive color consistency across our operating model. The Senior Graphics Coordinator will instruct potential customers on value add products offered by the company and explain, how they can benefit their design range by feasibility discussions and print trial projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking part of the daily customer demand (artwork and color requests), advising about feasibility and liaise between customer, reproduction studios and ink suppliers to ensure concepts adhere to internal graphics guidelines and customer expectations
• Leading customer complex design projects in range, HD and dynamark designs
• Managing and organize workload to adhere to agreed lead times and quality
• Leading weekly meetings with the relevant customer fulfilment and sales teams of design receipt and progress
• Acting as super user in graphics system for procedures when working with data entry
• Creating customer billing input, ensuring that all internal processes and lead times are followed
• Approving and controlling of studios costs, to the agreed price matrix
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to update on design orders and share best practice cross functionally
• Assisting graphics management on projects that impacts the graphics department
• People management and reviews

What are we looking for?

• University degree
• Job related experience within manufacturing environment 
• Experience in Team Management and Administration
• Dry offset / Graphics experience
• SAP Experience desirable
• Fluent in English and knowledge of Italian/Spanish/German/Nordic languages would be an advantage
