Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Total Rewards subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Strategic HR, acting as the key point of contact for Total Rewards matters.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, HR, and Total Rewards Centers of Excellence to align Total Rewards strategies with business objectives and talent needs.
- Provide guidance, tools, processes, and consultation to support the implementation and communication of Total Rewards initiatives across the organization.
- Advise on compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, recognition, compensation reviews, salary structures, and merit budget recommendations.
- Support the design, evaluation, deployment, and compliance of compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness and regulatory alignment.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards leaders on strategic planning, policy development, mergers and acquisitions activities, and workforce-related initiatives.
- Provide expertise and escalation support for global mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business requirements and efficient program delivery.
- Identify opportunities and recommend Total Rewards solutions that enhance the organization’s ability to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
What We Are Looking For:
Required:
- Completed Graduate Degree in a related field.
- Advanced or Fluent English proficiency.
- Progressive experience in Total Rewards, including consulting, developing, recommending, implementing, communicating, and evaluating compensation and benefits programs.
- Experience leading Total Rewards Strategy for multiple sites/plants/locations.
- In-depth knowledge of Total Rewards practices, including the ability to apply innovative perspectives and approaches to enhance employee experience and address complex business challenges.
