Sr. Strategy Analyst (São José dos Campos / SP)

Primary Purpose of this Position:  

By joining our Strategy & Agenda team, you will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse and global contacts, including regional and enterprise senior leadership. You will work analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, developing and communicating recommendations about different aspects of the business.

What will you be responsible for? 

• Support the regional strategy setting process with identification and recommendation of mid-term, long term priorities, consolidation of strategic possibilities for discussion and decision-making, and communication of set strategy for cross-functional teams and for the global strategy team.
• Lead Competitive Intelligence research and activities.
• Build/lead/coordinate business cases to support regional strategic priorities and other major cross-functional projects, including portfolio management.
• Co-create commercial strategy and support regional and global commercial teams in strategic topics.

What are we looking for? 

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economy.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong storytelling skills.
• Ability to work with data and insights to drive actionable outcomes.
• Knowledge and experience in Corporate Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Finance.
• Intermediate Spanish is a plus.
