As Senior Director, Regional Supply Chain Execution, you will connect operations, finance, and commercial teams to drive integrated planning, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. This is a unique opportunity to lead transformational initiatives, optimize end-to-end supply chain performance, and create tangible business impact through data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Main responsibilities

Lead the integration of demand, production, and supply planning to support a cohesive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Develop capacity models for short- and long-term planning and adapt plans to changing market conditions.

Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, distribution, and finance teams to standardize data inputs and optimize resource allocation.

Chair IBP meetings, facilitate decision-making, manage exceptions, and maintain alignment with organizational priorities.

Own performance metrics, evaluate production and supply chain efficiency, and establish improvement targets.

Optimize freight and warehousing costs and lead working capital initiatives.

Oversee supply chain planning and execution for specific businesses, including aerosol and cups where geographically present.

Manage the graphics process during printing to support operational efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
What we are looking for:
Required
-
Complete bachelor's degree in related areas.
-
Solid experience leading cross-functional, multi-site Supply Chain processes, including forecasting, operations planning, econometric models, inventory management, and capacity planning.

Leadership and project management experience coordinating global maintenance planning cycles, managing capital budgets, and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives.

Regional experience and collaborating across regions and functions and integrating Center of Excellence (COE) and Business Operational Excellence (BOE) supply chain KPIs, including customer order fill rates, inventory turnover, production plan versus actual, excess and short-dated inventory, MRP, and forecast accuracy.

Demonstrated success in highly complex supply chain environments, managing large-scale SKU portfolios, multiple manufacturing sites, and cross-functional operations in high-velocity, results-driven organizations.
