Position overview:
Providing reporting analytics and support to the business as part of the global SuccessFactors reporting team.
Provide on-going client support, expertly consulting with key stakeholders to understand key business issues and using advanced analytics knowledge to translate them into meaningful metrics presented in thoughtful and easily interpreted visualisations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop complex dashboards that leverage multiple data schemes, taking client requirements and building visualization that allow them to quickly identify gaps, strengths, and trends across time.
- Evaluate, automate, standardize and publish key reports and dashboards within WFA to help disseminate data and insights to key leaders and other stakeholders.
- Build, create and maintain reports and dashboards to identify macro and micro trends, data modeling and historical data views with the use of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Analyze existing data, developing models to predict future actions (retention, quality of hires) and running statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights
- Carefully handle sensitive employee data, ensuring necessary confidentiality and security.
- Promote Data-Driven Decision Making by upskilling the HR community in utilizing data and metrics to answer questions and tell stories.
- Utlilise expert knowledge in the use of data & evidence-based research to create benchmarks for use in Data Governance, HR and business metrics.
What are we looking for?
- Completed Bachelor´s degree.
- Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; Advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint experience. Advanced Excel knowledge to include pivot tables and vlookup’s.
- Strong Attention to Detail.
- Excellent Time Management Skills.
- Expert knowledge in use of data, evidence-based research, benchmarks, HR and business metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and metrics.
- Fluent in English.
