We are looking for a Sr ITS Analyst, who will be responsible for implementing and supporting complex solutions that meet business needs.  Ensures delivery of complex solutions by configuring and implementing to system specifications.  Configures and enhances technology solutions that align with business needs.  Ensures solutions are in alignment with the enterprise architecture blueprint, the solutions architecture, and ensures that systems and application designs adhere to standards and policies.  This position works with IT management to improve the delivery processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments. This position can work in all aspects of IT organization including business capability, operations, cyber security, release management, etc.


•   Participate in efforts to elicit future systems requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis to analyze, design and implementation business solutions for complex business problems.
•   Participate in efforts to communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements (business requirements document), iii, use cases, GUI, screen and interface designs).
•   Ensures the delivery of high quality technical solutions that meet business needs.  Configures, develops, tests, monitors, and supports changes and enhancements to applications systems.
•   Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative business solutions that challenges the business on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
•   Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the application portfolio and its correlation to the business’ tactical and strategic plans.
•   Work closely with third-party vendors including software providers, implementation partners, and consultants
•   Assist the team with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new business systems and modules
•   Manage the configuration and setup of related application solutions
•   Supports all phases of the SDLC (software development life cycle).
•   Participates in software release and post-release activities, including support for product launch and analysis for subsequent product build/release cycles
•   May participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks and ensure all key management controls have been followed
•   May maintain a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.Build partnerships alongside TA Diversity Manager to manage nation-wide outreach programs, sponsorships etc. Lead Industry focused participation and event management.

•   Graduation in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field.
•   Experience implementing solutions for complex systems support business processes.
•   Experience in communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements (business requirements document), iii, use cases, GUI, screen and interface designs).
•   Experience in driving process and technology re-engineering using industry practices e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, COBIT, ITIL, CMMi.
•   Working knowledge of the following areas:  system and business principles, practices, nomenclature, and procedures, generally accepted managerial practices and procedures, programming, systems design, computer operating systems and utilities, project management, risk management, security, cost management, implementation and start-up of new business processes and computerized systems.
•   In-depth technical knowledge and expertise in field.  Strong development skills in relevant technology.
•   Has good analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
•   Understanding of software quality principles, including test methodologies.


•   Ability to negotiate with customers to promote or sell ideas or concepts.
•   Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations.
•   Ability to be flexible about project changes and dynamically mitigate risks in the moment with mid-course corrective action.
•   Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
