Overview
Sr Strategy & Transformation Analyst with strategic planning, project management, business analysis and presentations regarding a variety of strategic topics covering competitive intelligence, supply chain, operations, commercial, sustainability, innovation and geographic growth and support NCA strategy activities 50% of their time.
Responsibilities
- Using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand and search for simple solutions to complex problems
- Responsible for communicating with all audiences within the organization, including senior leaders
- Responsible for supporting regional PTW initiatives and strategy activities
- Support the annual strategic planning process for global beverage packaging, collaborating with regions and global functions to ensure that the process runs smoothly and in line with key deadlines and global templates
- Perform business analysis on a variety of strategic topics and questions, including Ball’s potential geographic and business line expansion, synthesizing economic, market and financial information to form recommendations.
- Gathers, analyzes and distributes key competitive intelligence for decision making, including total cost of ownership models for aluminium packaging in a competitive context
- Prepares regular global KPI reports to track progress against long-term business objectives. Works cross functionally within Enterprise Strategy & Marketing to support opportunities to improve company growth
Requirements
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related, or equivalent related experience in lieu of degree.
- Related work, including analysis, information synthesis and KPI measurement/reporting
- Experience in strategic analysis, corporate planning, or market intelligence
- Working knowledge of analysis, analysis frameworks, and tools.
- Experience working at advanced or better level with Microsfot Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Teams.
- Advanced English language skill ability at business level, required

Additional Information
- Location: São José dos Campos/SP (ER)
- Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3)days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
