Key responsabilities

Design and development of software-based solutions related to Data & Analytics in the context of Supply Chain Planning & Execution Globally. E.g., data pipeline automation, reports automation, analytical dashboards and small apps for data input.
Maintain the existing solutions (legacy), providing fixes and enhancements as needed.
Understand the main processes and data flows of different business units, developing solutions aligned with their needs
Maintain close contact with the IT’s Global Data Services team (GDS), ensuring alignment with corporate standards
Propose improvements to the team’s internal processes, increasing the robustness of deliverables and identifying solutions for challenging scenarios
Act as technical reference within the team, supporting peers through code reviews, mentoring and knowledge transfer
Identify opportunities to improve software architecture, code quality, and delivery processes to ensure sustainable growth.

Requeriments

Mandatory

Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, Software Development, or related fields
At least 5 years of experience working with software development, data analytics, or data science.
Advanced English
Experience working with modern data and analytics technologies, with an emphasis on data quality, validation, and enterprise reporting
Data Governance & Data Quality Methodologies (Advanced)
Power BI Intermediate
SQL Intermediate

Desirable

Python Intermediate
VBA & Microsoft Office (Intermediate)
Version Control – Git (Intermediate)
Agile Methodologies (Intermediate)
ETL & Large-Scale Data Handling

Skills

Dynamic and objective profile with a strong problem-solving orientation
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to code quality and system robustness and performance.

Additional Information

Location: São José dos Campos/SP
Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3)days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
