Overview
The primary purpose of the role is to establish, embed, and sustain Manufacturing Excellence standards through digital platforms, automation, and governance, enabling consistent global execution, optimized operational performance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsabilities
- Design, build, and govern digital systems and automation that enable Manufacturing Excellence and BOE standards globally.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint solutions to standardize workflows, documentation, and performance visibility.
- Establish and maintain Manufacturing Excellence standards, including non-digital elements such as visual management, board standards, and standard work formats.
- Define and enforce documentation governance, version control, and solution standards for both digital and physical BOE assets.
- Create and manage a global BOE feedback and issue-resolution process, covering digital tools and deployed standards.
- Partner with Manufacturing Excellence teams to translate standards into practical, scalable deployment methods (digital and physical).
- Own the continuous improvement and evolution of BOE standards, integrating new ways of working, tools, and technologies.
- Support sites with training, guidance, and adoption for both BOE systems and standards.
Requeriments
Mandatory
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or Supply Chain
- Min. 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Min. 2 years using intermediate Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate)
- Advanced English language (read, write, speak)
Desirable
- Working Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Green Belt, Six sigma
Skills
- Verbal, written, organizational and communication
- Ability to facilitate and influence at all levels of the organization
Additional information
- Location: São José dos Campos/SP (ER)
- Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3)days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
