Overview

 

The Primary purpose of our Specialist, Global Best Practices Data Analytics is to analyze global Manufacturing and Supply Chain data to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities. In addition to support the development and ongoing maintenance of clear, actionable reports and dashboards, and continuously communicate insights to stakeholders to enable continuous improvement and effective decision-making. 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • KPI Standards, Deployment & Data Integrity - Define, govern, and maintain global KPI definitions, calculation methods, and data standards. - Lead the incorporation and deployment of new KPIs, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional implementation. - Partner with regional and plant teams to ensure consistent data interpretation, adoption, and tracking.Support IT in data automation, validation, and integration to enable a reliable Single Source of Truth.
  • Performance Analysis, Reporting & Benchmarking - Analyze global Manufacturing and Supply Chain data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities. - Develop and standardize Power BI reports and dashboards across all regions. - Establish consistent reporting cadences and deliver actionable insights to support global and regional performance reviews. - Identify and highlight relevant benchmarks and good practices, sharing findings to inform improvement initiatives across regions.
  • Governance & Tracking - Maintain structured governance and follow-up processes to track KPI adoption, actions, and realized benefits. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across regions through disciplined tracking and reporting. - Partner with and influence senior global stakeholders across regions, effectively managing diverse cultures and ways of working to drive alignment and execution
  • Functional Integration & Communication - Collaborate with global functional SME teams to align KPIs, insights, and practices with global standards and priorities. - Communicate performance trends, key findings, and actionable insights via recurring reports and Power BI dashboards to global and regional stakeholders. 

 

Mandatory

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or SC 
  • Experience in KPI governance, data analysis and business performance reporting 
  • Working knowledge intermediate of Power BI, Sharepoint, MS Office, Document Management 
  • Advanced/Fluent English language (verbal & written) 

 

Desirable 

 

  • Verbal, written, organizational and communication 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and regions 
  • 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.  
  • 3 years experience leading cross functional teams and driving change management. 

 

Additional information

 

  • Location: São José dos Campos/SP 
  • Hybrid on-site work environment or remote:  Hybrid (based in São José dos Campos/SP, this position requires regular on-site presence for three (3) days per week, with core collaboration days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.) 
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
