We are looking for Specialist, Technical Training Execution & Facilitation (Jacareí/SP) that will be responsible for deploy and execute the train the trainer program within the region and aid in the creation of regional and site-specific work instructions, ensuring to follow the standard process defined by the Director, Technical Training Supply Chain and Operations and the Talent Development COE. 

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Technical Writing & Work Instruction Development: in partnership with subject matter experts, develop clear, concise, and effective work instructions that aid in the Ball Pathway program as well as support the current production workforce in following standard processes.
• Facilitate Train the Trainer Sessions: facilitate interactive and engaging train the trainer sessions for the plant workforce utilizing the curriculum created by the Talent Development COE in partnership with the Director, Technical Training Supply Chain & Operations.
• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop comprehensive training execution plans tailored for manufacturing plants within the designated region and coordinate with the Manager, Regional Technical Training and plant managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of training programs.
• Technical Training Governance: ensure all training activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborates with key business partners to review/discuss work instruction needs and aid in the development of work instructions with the help of subject matter experts. Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and leadership through relationship development, clarity of communication, etc. for the purpose of accomplishing work objectives. 
• Continuous Learning Culture: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning with stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of ongoing technical development to adapt to evolving industry standards and practices.

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Production Enginner
• Experience in technical writing of standard work documents and technical facilitation
• Hands-on experience facilitating technical training sessions, preferably in industrial environments
• Background in governance, implementation, and management of technical training programs
• Preferably with experience in both manufacturing and corporate settings
• Availability to travel at least once a month 
• Strategic mindset: ability to lead strategic training initiatives and act as a change agent
• Advanced english
