Software Developer, Data Analytics (São José dos Campos/SP)

What will you be responsible for? 

·       Coordinate development standards and structure of the team 

·       Communicate with different departments and regions of the company to identify demands and developments that could bring potential savings to the organization 

·       Understand the main processes and data flows of different business units, developing solutions aligned with their needs 

·       Maintain close contact with the data structure team (GSS), ensuring alignment with corporate standards 

·       Develop automations, new reports, and analyses according to the area's needs 

·       Propose improvements to the team’s internal processes, increasing the robustness of deliverables and identifying solutions for challenging scenarios 

·       Maintain the reporting structure for the regions, identifying issues and applying standardizations in reports and automations 

What are we looking for? 

·       Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, Development, or related fields 

·       Dynamic and objective profile with a strong problem-solving orientation 

·       Intermediate to advanced English 

·       Good communication skills and ability to work in a team 

Knowledge of:   

o   Python: Intermediate 

o   VBA: Intermediate 

o   SQL: Intermediate 

o   Power BI: Intermediate 

o   Microsoft Office: Advanced 

o   ETL and handling of large data volumes 

o   Agile development methodology
