Purpose

This role is responsible for the delivery of interactive HR reports and dashboards. Establishes and maintains data controls to maintain data integrity. 

 

Essential Responsible Areas

Reporting

  • Build, implement and maintain dashboards using SuccessFactors People Stories, interpreting client requirements and building visualization that allow them to quickly & easily interpret data
  • Evaluate, automate, standardize and publish People Stories dashboards to fulfill complex ad-hoc reporting requests received to support the HR Function and wider business partners
  • Serve as Reporting & People Analytics team expert in SuccessFactors People Stories; advanced expertise with SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g. tables, Canvas)
  • Serve as Reporting & People Analytics team expert on SuccessFactors Compensation, Goals and Performance, data elements

 

Data Governance

  • Define and implement data controls to maintain data integrity and report/dashboard quality control processes; drive resolution of data quality issues
  • Design and monitor data collection methods to improve data accuracy and relevance; identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate data processes; participate in the development of new data sources and collection methods,
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of other organizational data elements (e.g. cost centre structure) to ensure consistency and understand relationship with HR data
  • Collect and report on data showing trends in global HR function data literacy needs; contribute to data literacy initiatives, programs, and training across the company
  • Carefully handle sensitive employee data, ensuring necessary confidentiality and securit

 

Knowledge

Required: Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; Advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint experience. Data visualization expertise.

Preferred: Advanced knowledge in SuccessFactors tools including Table, Canvas, People Stories and Workforce Analytics.
