Main responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction to the Regional Category Management team, setting goals and ensuring achievement of defined objectives.
• Support category management lifecycle activities, including market intelligence gathering, analysis, reporting, and long-term category strategy development.
• Leverage market data and intelligence sources to drive informed sourcing and procurement decisions.
• Monitor supply and demand dynamics and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks across assigned categories.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies, leading negotiations and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to achieve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with global category teams and business unit leaders to align regional execution with global procurement strategies.
• Oversee supplier relationship and performance management processes, including regular business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report sourcing progress and performance against established goals and annual objectives.

What we are looking for:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Master’s degree, or advanced certifications (CPM, CPSM, CPSC, PMP) preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Progressive experience in Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Management Consulting, or related business operations within a global environment.
• People management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, procurement practices, and market research methodologies.
• Advanced financial analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
