We are looking for a ITS Leader, will  responsible for leading efforts to analyze and define detailed specifications for business systems which map to business processes.  Performs as an expert at driving solution delivery by facilitating requirements analysis and design activities with the business to accurately determine future system requirements.  Ensures solutions are in alignment with the enterprise architecture blueprint, the solutions architecture and ensures that systems and application designs adhere to standards and policies.  Ensures that all information technology investments are clearly aligned with the priorities of the business. Responsible for team guidance and delivery of complex, technical solutions to business needs.

 

 

TO ACHIEVE EXTRAORDINARY THINGS TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

 

  • Responsible for the coordination of the HCM support consultants team ensuring a focus on business priority, alignment with Ball standards, delivery quality and timeliness. Encourages a feedback loop and looks for opportunities for Service Continuous Improvement
  • Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with HR to set priorities and share tickets status
  • Coordinate and organize the distribution of Incidents and Tasks through ServiceNow across the support team, taking into account the business priorities aligned with HR and workload/FTE of each consultant
  • Promote continuous improvements in the ways of working and ensure new processes and procedures are documented
  • Write run books, coordinate and provide tests on SAP Payroll patches, bi-annual upgrades and server Kernel updates
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining system security practices and protocols as per Ball Standards including in the onboarding and offboarding of all HCM support consultants on SAP Payroll and HR Portal
  • Support the audit and compliance activities including coordinate a bi-annual review for SAP Payroll and HR Portal in order to guarantee the correct usage of the system
  • Participate in the HR / Payroll project relevant meetings in order to facilitate Knowledge Transfer after Going Live
  • Work with our 3rd Party partners to keep SAP Payroll up to date in terms of SAP notes and external packages, with a month evaluation of SAP Portal
  • Open and follow the OSS tickets in SAP Portal, ensuring that system is available for SAP.

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Experience in SAP HCM.
  • Experience in driving software and technology solutions in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects to drive business improvements
  • Experience in driving process and technology re-engineering using industry practices e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, COBIT, ITIL, CMMi.
  • Ability to be flexible about project changes and dynamically mitigate risks in the moment with mid-course corrective action
  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • Appropriately manages customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, and budgetary parameters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong estimation skills and techniques required.
  • Proven project planning and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things
