What will you be responsible for?

Develop, maintain, and improve datasets, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel to support Supply Chain Planning and Execution.
Apply and support data quality and governance standards by validating data, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring alignment with defined business rules and data definitions.
Collaborate with supply chain, analytics, and IT teams to understand data requirements, support documentation of data flows, and ensure data solutions meet business needs.
Perform data analysis and root-cause investigation to identify data quality issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support remediation efforts.
Build and maintain data pipelines, queries, and transformations (ETL processes) to ensure reliable and efficient data delivery.
Support the enhancement of existing data assets and reporting solutions, including legacy systems, by improving data models, performance, and usability.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Technology Engineering, Software Development, or a related technical field.
Experience in analytics, data quality, reporting, or data-focused roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data independently, identify issues, and deliver practical solutions.
Hands-on experience with data and analytics tools, especially for querying, transforming, and visualizing data.
Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting and analysis.
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and communicate findings clearly.

Additional information

Location: São José dos Campos/SP
Hybrid on-site work environment: based in São José dos Campos/SP, this position requires regular on-site presence for three (3) days per week, with core collaboration days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.) or remote from the location of the candidate
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
