Primary Purpose

 

The Analyst, Learning Management System is responsible for overseeing training activities, curricula, training assignments, and other learning components within the corporate Learning Management System (LMS). This role is on  the Global Learning and Leadership Development team and collborates with other corporate stakeholders to provide guidance on the optimal design, configuration, and assignment of learning experiences within the LMS to support enterprise learning strategies.



Responsibilities: 

 

  • Serves as the Global Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Super User, providing expert-level system oversight, configuration support, and governance for the corporate Learning Management System.
  • Manages LMS content in accordance with standards and guidelines established by the Global Learning & Leadership Development team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to effectively leverage system capabilities in support of Ball Academy learning initiatives.
  • Creates and administers training activities within the LMS, including scheduled instructor-led training, required documents, uploaded learning content (e.g., SCORM files), and other supported learning activity types.
  • Collaborates with the Global Learning & Leadership Development team and other key stakeholders to maintain, update, and continuously improve LMS content.
  • Partners with content owners to determine job- and employee-level training alignment, including defining and administering curricula, training assignments, and opportunities to leverage automated enrollment rules.
  • Provides functional LMS customer support to users as needed, troubleshooting issues and guiding users on system functionality and learning assignments.
  • Partners with HR IT and acts as a liaison with SAP SuccessFactors to escalate system issues, submit enhancement requests, and support testing of system updates prior to production deployment.
  • Administers LMS measurement and reporting in alignment with established guidelines to support learning effectiveness, compliance, and business insights.

 

Requirements

 

Mandatory

 

  • Complete degree, preference Computer Information Systems, Human Resources, Learning and Development;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience doing Learning Management Systems administration
  • Working with Learning Management Systems, including hands-on experience administering and optimizing LMS platform, experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning preferred.
  • Intermediate Pacote Office
  • Advanced English

Additional Information

 

  • Location: São José dos Campos/SP (GBS) or Remote
  • Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Preference, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3)days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) or 100% remote.
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
