As a Senior Functional Business Analyst – SAP PP/PM, you will be responsible for SAP supporting process playing a critical role in connecting business stakeholders to SAP PP/PM solutions that supports manufacturing and maintenance operations across the organization, prioritizing the demands, tasks and incidents with SAP support team. You will contribute to strategic projects, continuous improvement initiatives, AMS process and global template governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

• Lead SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) functional activities in collaboration with external SAP consultants.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, etc.) and with edge systems, primarily MES.
• Support the end-to-end Plan-to-Stock (P2S) process across production, maintenance, logistics, quality, warehousing, costing, and reporting.
• Technical lead for the SAP PP/PM team, responsible for prioritizing, monitoring, and delivering solutions related to the SAP PP/PM modules in collaboration with external SAP consultants.
• Partner with business stakeholders and other IT teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration and provide functional support during Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
• Provide ongoing support for Application Management Services (AMS) activities, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for functional specifications, solution proposals, test scripts, training materials, and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with global design standards, technical architecture requirements, audit requirements, and change management processes.
• Troubleshoot business process and system issues through functional analysis, debugging, and root-cause analysis.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP and SAP PM, including cross-module interactions.
• Deep understanding of Plan-to-Stock processes across Production Planning, Production execution, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse Management, and Costing.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations with other Edge systems (MES solutions mainly).
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and documentation standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, international, and offshore teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Leadership skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technology teams.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects and SAP Academy certification are considered advantages.

Additional Information

• Location: São José dos Campos/SP
• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment (living at São José dos Campos) or 100% Remote (living far from of São José dos Campos region): This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) or remote from the location of the candidate. Remote work may also be considered, depending on the candidate’s distance from the Ball office.
