Primary Purpose of this Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of solutions across the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), ITSM (IT Service Management), and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) modules.

This role will play a key part in our ServiceNow transformation initiatives, working closely with process owners, functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable and effective solutions are delivered.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions in ServiceNow across SPM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
  • Customize and configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
  • Maintain system integrity and performance through best practices and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and procedures.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and deployments across various ServiceNow environments.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on development in SPM, ITSM, and HRSD.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and development tools.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications (CIS – ITSM, HRSD, SPM).
  • Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or custom applications.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
