Position

We are looking for a ITS Analyst. Will be responsible for  provide technical expertise and support in a specialized area of IT Services (i.e., Infrastructure, Applications or Security), and provide project and operational support within that area of expertise, while being closely aligned with and supporting the solution architects responsible for a project.  The Technical Analyst is responsible for studying business, functional and technical requirements and translating them into detailed design documents. In this role, the Technical Analyst is committed to providing technical inputs to Business Analysts during design and development, and supports the solution architects and consultants to plan and design solutions for projects.  The Technical Analyst performs hands-on development, and is accountable for technical deliverables.  Accountable for supporting the development of technical specifications, and participating in the delivery of complex, technical solutions to business needs.

Responsabilities

• Responsible for design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)
• Design technical specification documents for RPA Projects (PDD, SDD and Process flow).
• Prepare detailed systems specifications for translation into structured IT infrastructure (applications, compute resources, network, etc.) with the necessary interfaces into other systems or across platforms.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with internal customers to elicit their business concerns and translate them into system development requirements; define internal customer needs and required functionality early in the system development cycle.
• Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, new systems design, detailed project workplan and effort development, and implementation timelines.
• Provide input for the development of detailed project work plans and effort estimates for solution development.
• Support defect escalation and identification of root cause.
• Communicate technical requirements in enough detail to IT stakeholders across domains, and conversely communicate technical solutions to BAs in non-technical terminology.
• Assists with application maintenance by analyzing, monitoring, and correcting software defects.  Participates in efforts to resolve production-based technical issues.

Requeriments

Mandatory

• Completed degree
• Experience with analysis level tools for: activity diagrams, use cases, business rules, and system level features.
• Experience developing and managing workflows using UiPath software and RE-Framework.
• Experience with maintenance of active bots: setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
• Experience with code’s versioning using GIT.
• Technical development experience, with knowledge of associated tools, and software development lifecycle experience.
• Knowledge of coding languages, such as C#, VB.NET or Javascript.
• Intermediate English.

Desirable

• Experience with Azure solutions.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience working with SQL server database.
• Knowledge of IT framework concepts (ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, PMBOK, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Experience with DevOps model or equivalent framework.

Additional information

• Location: São José dos Campos/SP 
• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment:This position requires regular in-person engagement, with on-site presence three (3) days per week. The core collaboration days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
