The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works as part of a global team coordinating a variety of important recruiting activities for the team to ensure process consistency and a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
TA Process Coordination – Coordinate and perform a variety of administrative duties to support the talent acquisition team. Duties will include (but are not limited to), interview scheduling, offer letter creation, background / drug testing result processing, close of requisition data review preparation, ensuring ATS data accuracy, and coordinating various hiring events.
Operational & Project Support
Provide support for talent acquisition operational initiatives, including process improvements, documentation, and the rollout of new or updated TA practices. Participate in operational projects that enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the talent acquisition function.
Candidate Experience – Perform all duties and suggest improvements that ensure a great candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process. This will include participating and leading a variety of preboarding and onboarding activities that engage new employees and set them up for success as they begin their career at Ball.
Experience and skills required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 year(s) job-related experience, with specific experience in talent acquisition administrative support desired.
- Strong working knowledge of the following areas:
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills and excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Must be attentive to department’s needs, have consistent follow-through on projects and tasks, be a self-starter, multi-tasker and detail-oriented.
- Ability to partner with colleagues in a variety of ways to execute outreach/sourcing plans to attract talent to open positions.
- Experience working within and applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected Hiring Salary Range: $60,000, - $67,000 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

- Onsite Work Environment: This position is based in [add the location here] and requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
- Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for { DIRECTOR & ABOVE: four (4) or more days } { BELOW DIRECTOR three (3) or more work days} per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
