Executive Recruiter

We are seeking a highly-driven and strategic Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier executive talent across various functions globally. The Executive Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to the CHRO, senior leadership and hiring managers, managing highly confidential searches and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
This position requires deep expertise in executive search, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to assess leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder, a skilled negotiator, and a strategic thinker with a passion for connecting exceptional talent to transformative opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract executive-level candidates.
- Conduct confidential, in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership competencies, cultural fit, and strategic alignment.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to understand business goals, organizational culture, and hiring needs.
- Present only qualified candidates with detailed profile summaries and insights.
- Manage the full lifecycle of executive recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with Talent Management and Total Rewards leaders to align executive recruitment strategies with leadership development, compensation frameworks, and organizational succession planning.
- Continuously pipeline talent in gap areas in succession plans.
- Maintain strict confidentiality throughout all phases of the search process.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential candidates and industry leaders.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in executive recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and ethical standards in all markets and countries.
- Prepare and deliver reports and updates on search progress, market feedback, and candidate pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience with an additional 2 years as an Executive Recruiter or in a senior-level role recruiting executive level positions.
- Deep understanding of executive search methodologies and recruitment best practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing executive recruitment across multiple international markets, with deep understanding of global talent landscapes, cultural nuances, and regional compliance practices.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of various industries and executive functions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strategic mindset with a consultative approach to talent acquisition.
- Travel up to 10%
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring Salary Range: $ 115,000 - $155,000 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
