Técnico de Producción (Paletizador)

Objetivo principal del puesto:

Operar y mantener las paletizadoras, despaletizadora y sorteadora de forma adecuada,  realizando las inspecciones de calidad e inocuidad del área y producto,  conforme al plan de control con la finalidad de asegurar la satisfacción total del cliente, garantizando la seguridad del equipo y personal.

Áreas escenciales responsables: 

• Realizar los chequeos de calidad dentro del INFINITY en base a lo establecido en el plan de control y verificar cada media hora,  24 latas en el mostrador de calidad por línea. 
• Constante observación visual del flujo de latas, eliminando latas con defectos de calidad y asegurar la cantidad de latas en cada cama del pallet.
• Paletizar y despaletizar latas brillantes conforme al flujo de transportadores, inspeccionando la calidad de la lata e identificando los pallets de lata brillante fabricados.
• Reportar de forma inmediata problemas de calidad de lata al jefe de equipo y/o operadores de línea de terminado.
• Verifica la existencia y calidad de materiales de empaque en Paletizador Depaletizador, y reportar al departamento de calidad cualquier desviación detectada.
• Revisar que la etiqueta que se está produciendo este en el programa de producción clave del programa y que la identificación de los pallets corresponda con los datos del programa de producción.
• Participar en actividades, campañas o brigadas de seguridad e higiene industrial.
• Participar en el análisis de accidentes e implementar acciones correctivas - preventivas.
• Aplicar procedimientos e instrucciones dispuestos por el Sistema de aseguramiento de calidad e Inocuidad Alimentaria
• Vaciar los datos en su turno correspondiente dentro del sistema BPML de Indicadores Claves de Desempeño para llevar a cabo el plan de acción de su turno conforme a los resultados.

Requisitos de puesto y competencias:

Nivel de estudios/escolaridad

• Formación tecnica
• Bachillerato o Técnico en Máquinas y herramientas (deseable)

Habilidades

• Equipos de automatización
• Mecánica

Conocimiento

   •Experiencia en manejo de maquinaria automática.

• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for { DIRECTOR & ABOVE:  four (4) or more days }  { BELOW DIRECTOR three (3) or more work days}  per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
