Primary Purpose of Position:

 

The Supplier Enablement Analyst will be responsible for onboarding, and ongoing support and sustainment of suppliers on Ball’s P2P solution, Coupa.

 

Essential Functions:

  1. Manage all aspects of supplier enablement (catalog, PO, invoice) with Ball Suppliers to enable them via cXML, SAN, or CSP
  2. Track and identify opportunities to increase adoption of one of the above methods
  3. Be the champion to expand the use of Coupa throughout Ball supplier base by showing the value of the tool to those suppliers not currently using it and assist in the transition into Coupa.
  4. Administer and resolve day to day cXML system errors
  5. Work continuously with already connected cXML suppliers to support seamless onboarding of new Ball acquisitions into Coupa support of analytic development
  6. Provide training and support to suppliers as they transition to Coupa
  7. Manage supplier surveys and communications
  8. Be a positive brand ambassador by providing support for all internal and external users of Coupa
  9. Communicate business and technical requirements and ensure suppliers are in compliance
  10. Develop and deliver KPIs to track and measure the overall success of the Supplier Enablement Program
  11. Lead supplier enablement activities related to implementation & upgrades, including but not limited to, requirements definition, functional design, testing, training, change management and cutover

 

Requirements

 

  • Broad training in a related field usually acquired through  college or  graduate degree level education or work-related experience in Business Administration, or related field;
  • Job related experience for 4 year(s) minimum in a supplier enablement position, preferably working in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting;
  • Working knowledge on the following areas:
    • Coupa
    • ERPs (e.g. SAP, JDE, etc.);
    • MS Office tools (e.g. Excel – PowerQuery/PowerPivot/Statistical Analysis, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluent in English;
  • Alignment with Ball’s values;
  • Strong customer focus;
  • Excellent communication skills in a global and multicultural environment (written and oral);
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams in multiple countries;
  • Comfortable leading with ambiguity and rapidly shifting business conditions;
  • Result and solution-oriented;
  • Strong knowledge of purchase-to-pay practices and supplier enablement;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to be assertive, and demonstrate initiative when investigating issues;
  • Ability to think strategically and problem solve;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Willingness to accept a work schedule with hourly demands which will vary as departmental workload fluctuates;
  • Ability to work extra hours as needed to complete assignments
