Objetivo principal del puesto: 

Operar y mantener la Formadora de copas, las maquinas formadoras de cuerpo, las maquinas volteadora de rollos, recortadoras y la compactadora; siguiendo los procedimientos y métodos de trabajo para lograr la máxima eficiencia, seguridad, calidad e inocuidad del producto con el menor costo de transformación.

Áreas esenciales responsables:

• Mantener, alimentar, operar y monitorear la prensa vertical de formado de copas
• Realizar y registrar chequeos de calidad en el INFINITY conforme al plan de control.
• Mantener, operar y monitorear la máquina Formadora de cuerpos
• Efectuar cambios de herramentales en máquinas formadoras de cuerpo
• Verificar el funcionamiento de los elevadores de lata húmeda.
• Formar tarimas con aluminio brillante y decorado de scrap. 
• Documentar en BPLM todos los ajustes y cambios que se realizan en la maquinaria y proceso
• Efectuar cambios de rollos de aluminio conforme al procedimiento
• Realizar cambio de sellos conforme a programa mensual y/o consumo.
• Realizar sus chequeos diarios de mantenimiento de cada máquina asignados en JDE y check list.

Requisitos de puesto y competencias:

Nivel de estudios/Escolaridad:

Bachillerato o Técnico en Máquinas y herramientas (deseable)

Habilidades

• Equipos de automatización
• Mecánica
• Neumática
• Hidráulica
• Control Estadístico del Proceso

Conocimiento

• Experiencia de trabajo como operador de producción, operador de máquina CNC, Torno, fresa, etc.

• Onsite Work Environment: This position is based in [add the location here] and requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.    
• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for { DIRECTOR & ABOVE:  four (4) or more days }  { BELOW DIRECTOR three (3) or more work days}  per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
