Objetivo principal del puesto:

Operar y mantener las máquinas de spray interior y horno de curado interior de forma eficiente,  realizando las especificaciones de calidad del área  conforme al plan de control que aseguren cumplir con  los requerimientos de calidad e inocuidad del cliente, garantizando la seguridad del equipo y personal.

Áreas escenciales responsables:

• Operar y mantener sistema de identificación de máquinas de spray.
• Realizar los chequeos de calidad conforme al plan de control que aseguren cumplir con los requisitos del cliente.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo de las máquinas de spray interior y horno de curado y participar en mantenimientos programados del área.
• Mantener atención en operaciones posteriores de la línea y comunicar a operaciones anteriores de problemas de calidad.
• Llenado de bitácora de producción por hora y registro eventos del turno en BPML.
• Limpiar filtros, cajas de extracción de vacío y en general las máquinas, guías y transportador al IBO.
• Inspeccionar la calidad de tonos de color, litografía, barnizado y golpes de latas provenientes de la decoradora conforme al estándar que pide el cliente.
• Monitorear  temperaturas de hornos IBO
• Monitorear y controlar el sistema presurizado de spray.
• Monitorear el desperdicio generado en cámaras y tomar acciones correctivas para disminuir el desperdicio.
• Operar Máquinas Formadoras de cuello y cambiar herramental.

Requisitos de puesto y competencias:

Nivel de estudios/escolaridad   

• Formación tecnica
• Bachillerato o Técnico en Máquinas y herramientas (deseable)

Habilidades

• Equipos de automatización
• Mecánica
• Lubricación
• Hidráulica
• Neumática
• Conocimientos básicos de Office

Conocimiento

• Experiencia de trabajo durante mínimo 1 año en proceso de manufactura de lata o similares.

• Onsite Work Environment: This position is based in [add the location here] and requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.    
• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for { DIRECTOR & ABOVE:  four (4) or more days }  { BELOW DIRECTOR three (3) or more work days}  per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
